Shipping policy

Good things. Worth the wait.

THE CAMPAIGN TEE is a paid-in-full preorder. Payment is collected when you order. Printing begins after the preorder window closes, followed by inspection and packing by STRAY BY DESIGN.

Preorders close November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Estimated dispatch: November 30–December 4, 2026. Dispatch is when we hand your parcel to the carrier—not its arrival date.

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and international destinations are unavailable for this release.

Shipping prices

• Standard: $4.
• Free Standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $70 or more after discounts.
• Express: $15.

Your final shipping charge and applicable tax appear at checkout before payment.

After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Express shipping does not shorten production or packing. We’ll send tracking when your order ships.

If production is delayed

If we cannot dispatch within the estimated window, we’ll contact you with revised timing and ask whether you want to wait or cancel your unshipped order for a full refund. Silence will not count as agreement. If you decline or do not respond by the deadline in our notice, we’ll cancel and refund the unshipped order. This protection applies even after production begins.

Address changes and delivery help

Email support@straybydesign.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll help where we can, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is with the carrier.
